Benedict Wilhelm
Co-Founder
Benedict is the co-founder and creative director at Studio Phyne.
Upon finishing his degree at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in 2005, he went on to work for some of London’s most prestigious architectural practises and design studios.
This period of his career allowed him to not only work closely with some of the most influential and inspiring names in the industry but also take on a variety of high profile projects for global brands, boutique businesses and private clients alike.
Benedict’s vast portfolio features a variety of work from the retail, beauty, hospitality, food & beverages, workspace and high-end residential sector.
His design approach is concept driven, with an insaturable thirst for the beautiful and wonderful.
After 20 Years in London, he opened a second studio in Vienna Austria in 2019, where he merged with childhood friend and fellow designer Philipp Bruni to form Studio Phyne
Philipp Bruni
Co-Founder
Philipp has been active in the international design scene since 2006 from his studios in Milan and Vienna. He is co-founder and commercial director of Studio Phyne.
With his manifold background in design, engineering, economics and crafts he originally started off as autodidact in the fields of product & furniture design. Milan, the so-called capital of furniture design, soon became the center of his life for many years where he also graduated from Instituto Europe di Design in Industrial Design and special training in interior & lighting design.
After a series of successful product designs for well-known brands from Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland and Austria, Philipp started to gain ground in interior design back in Vienna, Austria. His concept driven and open minded approach has led him to realize exciting projects in various size and fields with main focus on retail, food & beverages and high-end residential interiors.
Annick Stockert
Interior Designer
A few years ago, following her passion, Annick made a career change and studied Interior Design at Kensington School of Design (KLC) in Chelsea Harbour, London.
With her previous studies at various European and American universities, her international career and residences in Belgium and Italy, Annick, as a native Belgian, with her 5 languages, reinforces the already existing English-Italian focus of the studio. June 2023 she became a partner of Studio Phyne.
Both her feeling for and interest in colours, fabrics and materials, as well as her life in different cultures, offer an ideal combination to Studio Phyne’s technically and aesthetically advanced way of working.
Her focus is on high-end residential. However, she also works enthusiastically on retail, corporate and hospitality projects.
Daniela Kozich
Interior Architect
As a Senior Interior Architect at studio phyne, Daniela Kozich bridges the worlds of structural design and fine art with a multidisciplinary approach rooted in Art History and high-end Exhibition Design.
Her professional journey is defined by a commitment to the conscious creation and preservation of space, a perspective sharpened during her tenure at Vitra in Switzerland and the renowned Eichinger Offices in Vienna. With additional experience as a Gallery Director, Daniela brings a curator’s eye to every project, seamlessly integrating art and architecture through meticulous 3D modeling and furniture design. Beyond her aesthetic intuition, she leads our most complex projects with expert Project Coordination,ensuring that every interior is not just designed, but masterfully communicated and realized.
Robin Kavalirek
Interior Architect
Robin is born in Carinthia, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the New Design University in Austria and has been an integral part of Studio Phyne since the beginning.
During his education he took part in various competitions and due to his innovative thinking he was able to win the Cosentino Design Challenge 15′.
Since majority of his family is active in the creative industry, his enthusiasm for design was awakened at an early age. Thanks to his eve for detail, his wealth of ideas and his precise way of working, the young interior designer always succeeds and meets our clients expectations.
Luisa Weigl
Interior Architect
At studio phyne, Luisa Weigl brings a sophisticated blend of spatial intuition and technical precision to every project.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture & 3D Design, she specializes in transforming conceptual ideas into immersive, three-dimensional realities. Her background, including valuable experience at the renowned Bureau Eugenie Arlt, has shaped her keen eye for high-end aesthetics and atmospheric storytelling. By bridging the gap between functional architectural planning and cutting-edge 3D visualization, Luisa ensures that our clients can experience the harmony of light, material, and form long before the first stone is laid.
Philipp Fontão da Silva Vida
Interior Architect
Philipp da Vida Silva manages Procurement at Studio Phyne, where he blends a sharp eye for aesthetic quality with strategic operational experience.
With a background in interior design at IKEA and retail management at LIBRO, Philipp possesses a unique ability to balance design standards with efficient sourcing. His diverse career—spanning from published authorship to the social sector—reflects a highly adaptable communicator who excels at building strong supplier relationships and ensuring every project meets Studio Phyne’s high-quality benchmarks.
